This book is intended to make available to the membership and prospective members the highlights of Bourinot's Rules of Order, for two main reasons:

1. Some members may not have a copy of this book, or may not have it to hand;
2. This facilitates certain commentaries to be included, as well as interpretive commentaries with regards to application to the OMO.

The material presented here follows Bourinot faithfully, though in a few places some irrelevant material has been omitted (e.g. procedure for companies with shareholders). Editorial comments in the body of the Bourinot text are marked by square brackets ('[', ;']'). Application and interpretation sections are under the authorship of the Mystagogues.
