A new book has appeared on the market from E.J. Brill. At USD 299, it's not cheap... but surely a valuable resource to those who can afford it.

There are quite a few general magical groups, many of them Golden-Dawnish, which have some association to the subject, but there are also quite a few dealing exclusively with the subject.
