The first Societas Magica conference is a collaborative effort between several departments at the University of Waterloo, including Classical Studies, Religious Studies, and Anthropology, and also including support from the Religion and Culture department at Wilfrid Laurier University. Airvan Service

To get to the University of Waterloo Campus from the Lester Pearson Airport in Toronto it is cheapest if you can arrange a flight so that you can take one of the regularly scheduled airvans run by Airways Transit. These go at four times a day weekdays and twice a day on Sundays (as shown at the link above), and will bring you directly to the Student Life Centre on Campus, a five minute walk from the Conference Centre. You can also arrange for pickup at other times by Airways Transit but this will be more costly and requires a reservation made in advance.
